I was asked to create a workshop for a new team that was just hired for an organization. The goal of the workshop was to ensure that the team understood how they could best communicate together for the duration of the project. It also needed to ensure that the team understood what makes a successful team vs. a dysfunctional team. Understanding the best forms of communication and personality styles at the beginning ensured the teams success through the project that they would not fall into the dysfunctional team dynamics.
